01 / A morning coffee routine
The concept begins with two design prompts: having a cup ready when waking up, and reducing the effort of preparing a coffee machine. These boards frame the intended experience.
02 / Form & internal structure
The penguin-inspired form combines a rounded body, wing-like sides and expressive circular eyes. An exploded drawing explores how the exterior and internal components could be arranged.
The drawing labels a water tank, LCD, water heater boiler tank, intake opening, case holder, water filters and cable, alongside an outer case, water pump outlet, water pump, control chip, cup holder and drip tray.
03 / Connected app concept
The proposed interface brings together coffee selection, a daily caffeine display and a scheduled preparation time. Additional screens explore account setup and customization, including milk options and espresso choices.
04 / In the kitchen
A kitchen rendering places the concept on the countertop, showing its form in a familiar domestic setting.
